Ms. Anjali Bansal
MD, Spencer Stuart India

Ms. Anjali Bansal is managing director of Spencer Stuart's Indian business, which she was instrumental in establishing. Based in Mumbai, she also co-leads the firm's Board Services and CEO search efforts in the Asia Pacific region. Before her career in search, Anjali was with McKinsey & Company. Currently, she serves on the board of the United Way of Mumbai. She is also on the Advisory Board of the Columbia University Global Centers, South Asia. Anjali received a master's degree from Columbia University. .

Mr. Prasenjit Bhattacharya

Prasenjit Bhattacharya has two decades of experience in Indian and multinational corporations like HSBC, Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS Ltd.), Siemens, and Crompton Greaves. He has worked closely as an internal HR consultant and as an external consultant with senior leadership teams at various organisations in the area of change management. In his previous stint in consulting, Prasenjit has worked widely in various areas in HR and in Service Quality and TQM in industries ranging from telecom, cement, heavy engineering, automotive components, dairy products, software and hotels. Prasenjit has done his MA Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) .

Dr. Uma Ganesh

Dr. Uma Ganesh is the CEO of Global Talent Track India's premier Skills development company. Uma has had leadership experience with HSBC Global Resourcing as their Chief Corporate Development Officer and in the IT/New Media segments with three blue chip organizations: NIIT, Aptech and the Zee Telefilms Group. Uma has an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and a PhD from IIT Bombay. Namrita Jhangiani is a partner at Egon Zehnder, a leading global Executive Search firm. She leads the firm's Financial Services Practice in India and co-leads the firm's Diversity and Inclusion practice in India. Previously, Namrita worked at eVentures India, Arthur D Little, ANZ Grindlays Bank and Bank of America. She is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Jai Hind College, and a trustee of Heritage and Environment Protection Association. Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai

Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai is Director of HSBC Asia-Pacific and Chairman of HSBC India companies, Non-Executive Director of Nestle S.A. and was President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for 2013. She is a member of the Government of India's Industry Task Force, the Prime Minister's Trade and Industry Council, the National Manufacturing Council, the National Trade Council, the BRICs Business Council and India Malaysia CEO Forum. She is also a Global Advisor for Harvard Business School. An MBA from Harvard Business School, she was awarded the Padma Shri, for her contribution to Trade & Industry, from the Government of India in 2007.

Dr. Santrupt Misra

Dr. Santrupt Misra is CEO, Carbon Black Business and Director, Group Human Resources of the Aditya Birla Group. He is a Director on the Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited Board. He is part of the Board of several Aditya Birla Group companies and holds several key positions in many educational, professional bodies and Chambers of Commerce and Business. Dr. Misra has over 26 years of experience in education, training, consulting and Executive development and has had full-time professional work experience with the J.K. Group, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Unilever India. He has two PhDs, one from India and the other from the Aston Business School in the UK.

Dr. Indu Shahani

Dr. Indu Shahani has been the principal of the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics in South Mumbai since 2000. A doyenne in the field of academics, she has more than three decades of teaching experience at the college and university level where she has played the lead role in nurturing future leaders. She is a firm believer of a student empowered teaching-learning model that places the responsibility of learning on the learner. She graduated from the renowned Sydenham College, Mumbai and holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Ravi Dhariwal (Chairman of the Board)

Before heading the BCCL publishing operations as CEO, Mr. Ravi Dhariwal worked with Unilver in India and Australia. He moved on to assume key positions of leadership in Pepsi India, South/East Africa, Central & East Europe Business Unit and South East Asia markets. A veteran with almost 40 years of experience in sales and marketing, his strengths lie in creating consumer and customer values. He leveraged these skills to be a very successful in different countries, in diverse cultures. He has an IIT from Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
