Naina Lal Kidwai
Country Head, CEO, HSBC

Naina Lal Kidwai is also a Director of HSBC Asia-Pacific and Chairman of HSBC India companies, Non-Executive Director of Nestle S.A. and was President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for 2013. An MBA from Harvard Business School, she makes a regular appearance since 2002, on listings by Fortune and others of international women in business. She has received many awards and honors in India and was awarded the Padma Shri, for her contribution to Trade & Industry, from the Government of India in 2007.

Priya Paul
Chairperson, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels

Priya Paul is a Bachelor of Economics, Wellesley College, USA. She is overseeing the management of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels in Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Vizag as the Chairperson. She is the Director the Apeejay Surrendra group and joined the Group's hospitality business as the Marketing Manager, The Park, New Delhi, in July of 1988. Ms Paul is the President, Hotel Association of India (HAI), Founder Member, World Travel Tourism Council - Asia Chapter (WTTC). Ms Paul is also the Education Chairman of the Young President's Organization (YPO), Trustee, India Foundation of the Arts (IFA) and member of the South Asia Women's Fund, The Ford Foundation and member of the Advisory Board of Directors, IIM Lucknow. Her interests include Reading, Art, Cuisine and its History, Meditation and Exercise.

Sangeeta Pendurkar
MD, Kellogg India Pvt. Ltd.

Sangeeta Pendurkar, MD Kellogg India has over 25 years of Marketing, Sales & General Management experience, spanning across three sectors - packaged goods, pharmaceuticals and financial services. Prior to joining Kellogg, Ms. Pendurkar was with Coca-Cola India and HSBC Bank. She spent seven years of her career with Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) in various roles in Marketing. Her career started in 1988, with Novartis India Ltd. Ms. Pendurkar holds a graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a management degree in Marketing.

Mallika Sarabhai
Activist & Indian Classical Dancer

Mallika Sarabhai is one of India's leading choreographers and dancers. She has a PhD in organizational behaviour and has been the co-director of the prestigious arts institution, Darpana Academy of Performing Arts, for nearly 30 years. Always an activist for societal education and women's empowerment, Mallika uses her work for change. She has created numerous stage productions, which have raised awareness, highlighted crucial issues and advocated change in India and internationally.

Ruchita Dar Shah
Founder, First Moms Club

Ruchita Dar Shah is the Founder and Chief Mommy Officer of First Moms Club (FMC). It was created 3 years ago with an objective of connecting women who, regardless of their vocation, are mothers. A graphic designer by training, an artist and blogger by interest, Ruchita's banker husband's career took her across the world. With 2 children added to the mix, work life balance as an advertising professional became a challenge encouraging her to reboot herself to start FMC connecting women like her from all over the world.

Mishti Verma Thapar
Founder of Inner Katha Interventions

Mishti Verma Thapar is an experiential corporate trainer and founder of Inner Katha Interventions. Armed with a post graduation in Marketing Management from NMIMS, she has worked in diverse corporate and entrepreneurial roles.

Trained under top international experts in expressive art therapy and psychodrama- she has conducted Inner katha programs with leading multinationals pan India such as Schneider Electric, Genpact, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Hexaware, Sony, Tata Motors and others.

Mishti has extensively worked on women empowerment through her path-breaking workshops on self-identity and interactive theatre programs on gender sensitization.

Her recent play Zubaan touches upon this very issue through a series of monologues from seasoned theatre artists including Tom Alter.
