Job Title: Customer Experience Delivery Manager

Purpose of Job: The incumbent is responsible for managing the customer experience for Piramal Realty through the deployment of a detailed 360 degrees control and monitoring systems that will secure an impeccable customer journey.
- Minimum 5 years operational management experience.
- Tangible experience in managing high standard operations in a high paced environment.
- Experience dealing with luxury and high end services
Sales Centre Operations:
- Daily execution of the sales centre’s operations manual across both experience centre and model apartments.
- Daily monitoring and snagging of the sales centre’s different outdoor and indoor areas including: entrances, security booths, landscaping, signage positioning, parking, experience centre, A/V systems, technology touch points, furniture, rest rooms, sales areas, courtyards, model apartments etc…
- Ongoing monitoring and rectification of staff appearance, attitude and performance: security, doorman, valet, waiters and welcome staff.
- Swift implementation of solutions
- Ongoing supervision of model apartments and control of cleanliness and impeccable display.
- Ongoing supervision of cleaning operations and swift rectification of issues
- Overseeing and controlling external service providers during launches and special events
- Establishes strong communications with all departments and secures efficient teamwork collaboration
